In 26 days' time we will:
✅Abolish Section 21 ‘no fault’ evictions
✅Introduce periodic tenancies
✅Limit rent increases to once a year
✅Ban rental bidding & rent in advance
✅Make discrimination against renters who have children or receive benefits illegal
