It’s been a hectic first few months setting up my Parliament and Constituency offices.
In July 2024, following the General Election, I took advice to set up a temporary office and hire a team on fixed-term contracts for six months as I settled into my role as a newly elected MP.
I have now reviewed my staffing team arrangements, taking into consideration my priorities and responsibilities in Parliament and the constituency as an MP for Worthing West and am pleased to share the following job opportunities to join my team.

Interview/Start Dates:
Interviews will commence Friday 22nd November as applications come in and will involve written tasks. The start date will be from January 2025, to be agreed with the successful candidate. We reserve the right to close applications before the closing date, so please apply as early as possible.
